We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Due to current global supply chain conditions, delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks

What is your return policy?

We don’t require returns. If something isn’t right, simply contact us with a brief explanation and a photo, and we’ll issue a full refund. This approach helps reduce unnecessary carbon emissions from return shipping. If you’re able, feel free to donate or recycle the item locally.


Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are available if your order has not arrived within the delivery timeframe listed on the product page. Occasionally, orders ship before a cancellation can be processed. If you cancel but still receive your package, you’re welcome to recycle it, donate it, or keep it.


What if I receive the wrong item?

If your order arrives with the wrong size, color, or item — or if it’s defective in any way — just let us know. We’ll issue a full refund and you won’t need to send anything back.


Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer traditional exchanges. However, if you didn’t receive exactly what you expected, simply reach out and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
